By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Rutan Athletic Club.

If you provide your email address, we may send you emails about your free week, your account, and promotions. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
Memberships, challenges, personal training, and store purchases are processed through our payment providers. The price, billing schedule, and any refund or cancellation terms shown at the time of purchase, along with any separate agreement you sign, apply to that purchase. Prices, class schedules, and offers shown on our website may change, and we may correct errors when we find them.
Physical exercise involves a risk of injury. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. Tell your coach about any limitations, follow staff instructions, and stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort. Your participation is also governed by the facility waiver you sign, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms. Information on our website is general fitness information, not medical advice.
We want RAC to be a welcoming, safe place for everyone. We may refuse or end access to our facility, classes, or programs for anyone who behaves unsafely, disrespectfully, or in violation of our facility rules.
The text, photos, logos, and other content on our website belong to Rutan Athletic Club or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You agree not to misuse our website or forms, including by submitting false information or interfering with their operation. Our website may link to or embed services run by others, such as booking, payment, and form providers, which are governed by their own terms.
